Spitfire coffee has a lot of family history behind the name as it was named after our very own CEO's Grandfather Ian Gardiner who fought in WW2 in 1945. He was a pilot in the war, with his own Spitfire plane, he named his plane 'Nancy' after the love of his life, and just like how his connection grew with her, we'd like to do the same through coffee. bringing love and support as a community is important to us, and in each and every cup we serve we hope to spread just a little bit of that love, that Ian had for Nancy.
